Chef Taka

Chef Taka was born and raised in Kobe, Japan. When he was 22 years old, he moved to Los Angeles to attend school and eventually found himself in the wholesale fish business. Today, he has over 20 years of experience in the seafood and sushi industry and has devoted his life to sourcing and working with the freshest fish in the city.
