Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 26, 2026

LA Sushi Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or use our services.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information when you interact with our website or place an order: your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order or sign up for our mailing list; payment information processed securely through our third-party payment providers; and browsing data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your orders and our services, send promotional offers and updates if you have opted in, improve our website and customer experience, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited personal information with service providers and advertising partners as described in the “Advertising and Analytics Partners” section below. We may also share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as payment processors and delivery partners, and may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Advertising and Analytics Partners

We use the following third-party services to measure how our website is used and to deliver advertising: (1) Meta Platforms — via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API — to measure ad campaign performance and build advertising audiences. Meta receives information about your visit (such as pages viewed, items of interest, and form submissions), along with hashed identifiers like your email or phone number where you have provided them. (2) Google Analytics 4 — to understand aggregate website usage and traffic sources. Google receives information about your visit and a randomized client identifier. (3) Klaviyo — when you sign up for our email or SMS list, to deliver messages you have opted in to receive. Under California law, sharing data with Meta and Google for advertising purposes is treated as “sharing” of personal information, and California residents have the right to opt out. See our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page for how to exercise that right.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and deliver relevant advertising. Cookies set by the services described above (Meta, Google, Klaviyo) may persist after you leave our site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time, and most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control setting that signals your preference to websites. Our website also uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart, which is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also opt out of receiving marketing communications by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect, use, and share; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) correct inaccurate personal information; (d) opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; (e) limit the use of sensitive personal information; and (f) be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights. To exercise these rights, including opting out of sharing with our advertising partners, please visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or email hi@lasushico.com.

SMS / Text Messaging

When you opt in to our SMS marketing program, we collect your mobile phone number to send you promotional messages, order updates, and cart reminder notifications. Your phone number is used solely for the purposes of our SMS program and will not be shared with or sold to any third parties for their marketing purposes. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
